Tarence E. Lauchie’ BA, MA, CBC - brings more than 25 years of professional ministry and business experience to executing the vision of GFTNC. He has been an ordained Elder since 1991, and is a graduate of Ashland Theological Seminary. Those foundations help him to promote a standard of excellence toward the mission of GFTNC. He also serves as a Senior Training & Development Consultant and Certified Career Transition Life Coach. He has been an Adjunct Professor of Communications and Business, and Director of Christian Education for the Southwest Michigan Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Churches of God In Christ Inc. He is currently a sought after professional development consultant by major corporations, ministries and organizations throughout Michigan and other countries around the world.

With more that 20 years of ministry service and professional business experience, she is a vital part of the ministry. She fulfills many roles that help to set and maintain standards of excellence in the ministry. She has a heart for ministering to women and operates in the gifts of helps and administration that drives the reputation of excellence that GFTNC is celebrated for. Lady Eva currently serves a Lead Navigator for the Women of Grace and loves serving anywhere positive impact can be made.
